  • Our intuitive platform selects the best available shipping option for you with the option to change shipping methods as needed.

Please Note: some products must ship via Ground transportation due to laws governing the transportation of some medications (aerosols, liquids, etc.)

  • When you place an order through PrimeRx MARKET, it is electronically transmitted to the supplier(s) you have chosen. The suppliers will handle the fulfillment and shipping of your order, and they will send you an invoice directly.
  • Most suppliers offer favorable repayment terms. You can find information about each supplier’s specific repayment terms in the product search results and in your
    shopping cart before completing your purchase.
  • Yes, each of PrimeRx MARKET’s suppliers has been thoroughly vetted and is pedigree compliant.
  • Through PrimeRx MARKET, you have direct access to transaction pedigree information via electronic web portal, invoice/pedigree request combo at point of sale, or by directly requesting transaction history – up to six years from point of sale from each supplier.

  5. Continue adding products until your shopping list is complete.
  6. Once you are ready, review your shopping cart, confirm the items, and submit your order.
  7. An electronic purchase order will be immediately sent to each supplier in your cart for processing.
  8. You will receive the products you ordered and an invoice directly from the supplier(s) you have selected.

Please Note: Some suppliers require an additional application at purchase. Our member service team will assist you with this process.

In most cases, the information we collect is sufficient to establish your account with the supplier. However, some suppliers may require additional documentation to complete the account setup process.

  • To streamline your initial orders, you have the option to access supplier documents in advance. Simply go to the “Supplier Info” section and navigate to the “Manage Suppliers” section. From there, you can access and complete the necessary documents ahead of time. This proactive approach will help prevent any delays when you place your initial order.

Each entity is regarded as a individual member and has to be registered as such. A new registration would be required for each facility.

    hide Non-ADD Suppliers from all search results by adjusting the “Manage Suppliers” settings.
