The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union and the European Economic Area. It also addresses the export of personal data outside the EU and EEA.

Trxade.com (hereinafter referred to as Trxade is a service provided by Trxade, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Trxade or We). We recognize and respect your personal privacy. This Privacy Policy describes all aspects relating to gathering information while you are visiting the Trxade website, how we handle your personal information for our services and all further permissible uses of such information.

By accepting the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions in registration, you expressly consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is effective upon acceptance for new users and is otherwise effective immediately after being posted on the website for all Trxade members.

We collect various types of information depending upon how you use our site.

You may visit Trxade at any time without providing your identity or revealing any personal information about yourself. However, when you visit our website, we may collect and store your computer and connection information, statistics on page views, traffic to and from Trxade, ad data, IP address and standard web log information and information from other companies, such as demographic and navigation data.

For you to actively participate in Trxade services; however, personal and company information is collected. In providing us with your personal and company information, you consent to the transfer and storage of such information on our secured servers.

Trxade abides by all Federal and State regulations. Due to these regulations, you must register before using any services on the Trxade site; including the purchasing or selling of prescription medications using the Trxade on-line market place.

In order to register, you will be required to provide us with certain data and information. This information is required in order to approve your registration with Trxade. The personal information you provide to us is transmitted through a secure server using SSL encryption. This information is gathered to make your experience as an authorized user as quick and easy as possible. The information you will be required to provide to us includes the following:

  • Information regarding legal/trade name of the business entity, including all contact information for entity and owner/officer(s) and entity classification.
  • Licensing information to include: DEA, State, CDS and any other required licenses.
  • Shipping, billing and other information relating to any purchase or shipping.

In order to comply with all state and federal regulations, you will be required to submit the following completed documents in order for Trxade to approve your registration:

    • Credit application
    • Copy of all required licensing; including, DEA, State, CDS, and other licensing as required
    • Controlled Substance Questionnaire (if applicable)
    • Tax Exempt Application (if applicable)
    • ACH Authorization Form
    • Credit Card Authorization Form

Our primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with a safe, efficient, and customized experience. You agree that we and affiliates or members of our corporate group may use your personal information to:

  • provide the services and customer support you request;
  • resolve disputes, collect fees, and troubleshoot problems;
  • prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities, and enforce our Terms and Conditions;
  • customize, measure and improve our services, content, and advertising;
  • inform you about our affiliate services, targeted marketing, service updates, and promotional offers;
  • contact you for market research; and
  • compare information for accuracy, and verify it with third parties.

We may disclose personal information to respond to legal requirements, enforce our policies, respond to claims that a listing or other content violates federal, state or other legal rights and/or the rights of others, or protect anyone’s rights, property, or safety. You can access, review and change most of your personal information by logging on to Trxade.com at any time. However, some of your personal information can only be changed by contacting Customer Service. You are required to promptly update your personal information if changes occur or information is inaccurate.

Upon your request, we will close your account as soon as reasonably possible, based on your account activity and in accordance with applicable law. We do retain personal information from closed accounts to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our General Terms and Conditions, and take other actions otherwise permitted by law.

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer or mobile phone when you browse websites. We use cookies on Trxade.com to improve your experience on our website. Some of the ways that using cookies benefit you include:

  • helping to make our website function properly

We agree to take appropriate steps and implement appropriate measures to ensure any data you supply is processed and stored in a secure manner.

Your Trxade account and profile and the information contained therein are password protected. Please note that you are not allowed to share this information with anyone else. Trxade will never ask for your password in e-mails that you did not request. Please remember to log out of your account and to close your internet browser window when you leave the Trxade site.

The IP address of any user that accesses the Trxade.com site is recorded for security purposes.

Trxade assures you that we will use your e-mail address with your express consent only for the purposes stated in the Terms of Use. We will not rent or sell your e-mail address to third parties, and we will prevent your e-mail address from being recorded by web crawlers or web spiders to the best of our ability. If you believe that your e-mail address has been recorded in this way, please let us know immediately.

We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on this site. All amended terms automatically take effect immediately after they are initially posted on the site.

We routinely send notifications, such as price lists, special offers, and other advertisements to our network pharmacies as a service to the pharmacies. By providing your facsimile number, you are requesting and agree to receive these advertisements from Trxade via facsimile.

We collect information from you when you register on our websites, place an order, subscribe to a newsletter or product, respond to a survey, fill out a form or enter information on our websites.

“Do Not Track” (DNT) is a feature offered by some browsers. When enabled it requests that your browsing is not tracked (such as by third-party ad networks, social networks, and analytics companies). Trxade does not currently support DNT requests.

Trxade websites contain links to external websites. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We, therefore, have no responsibility or liability for the content, activities or privacy of these linked sites and any data you share. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

You have the following rights regarding the processing of your personal information:

  1. The right to request access to, or copies of, your personal information

You have the right to access your personal data and supplementary information free of charge, as well as find out for what purposes we process it. We will ask for proof of ID. The documents we accept are: passport, driving license, birth certificate, utility bill (from last 3 months), current vehicle registration document, bank statement (from last 3 months), and rent book (from last 3 months). Please do not send over originals via post.

We will do our best to respond within one calendar month. If we need more time we will get in touch to let you know.

  1. The right to request an amendment to your personal information

You have the right to request us to update or amend any personal information we hold about you that is inaccurate or incomplete.

  1. The right to erasure or restriction of the processing of your personal information

You can request us to delete or remove your personal data where there is no compelling reason for its continued processing. We can refuse your request if we have an overriding legitimate interest to continue the processing, if we need to comply with a legal obligation for the performance of a public interest task or exercise of official authority, archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific research, historical research or statistical purposes, or the exercise or defense of legal claims.

  1. The right to withdraw consent

You can withdraw your consent for us to process your personal data for specific purposes. In this case, we are permitted to store your personal information but not further process it for the specified purpose. We might keep only a few details in order to ensure we respect your wishes in the future.

  1. You have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office
